Pam Ostboe
Quality Source Consultant

Pam is and MT(ASCP)SBB and has worked in blood banking since 1983. Pam has also earned her MBA in 1998 which has provided a good foundation for the business aspect and well rounding for career advancements. In 1995, Pam was awarded the CQA(ASQ) certificate and in 1999 she participated in Six Sigma training and earned a certificate as a Green Belt.

Pam has worked in almost all areas of blood banking and blood center operations. She has hands on experience in both operations and quality assurance at Blood centers and Donor Testing Laboratories. She has been working as a consultant for Quality Source for over one year and has been providing many services to both blood centers and transfusion services.
